D-Tect X is the new generation of DÜRR NDT’s proven software for industrial radiography and was developed from the ground-up in close cooperation with level 3 experts and users. The result is a software solution that sets new standards in terms of performance and user-friendliness and at the same time is extremely flexible.
The solution developed by OK CONTROL could only be made possible with the use of imaging plates or X-ray films owing to the fact that they are flexible and can be customized in size and shape. Using Computed Radiography improved the efficiency drastically due to reduced exposure time and an extremely fast workflow.
Energy Workforce have relied upon the CR 35 NDT scanner since 2017 for their radiographic inspection work in offshore platforms as well as in processing plants, serving major local customers such as Petronas and Carigali Hess.
Thales Alenia Space at its headquarters in Turin, Italy, has been using the DR 7 NDT CMOS X-ray detector from DÜRR NDT for 3 years to test welds of injection pipes for use in the aerospace industry.
NDE Services prides itself on keeping up to date with new equipment and technology: "Computed Radiography was one of the technologies we felt could benefit our customers and after considerable research and evaluation we decided on the DÜRR NDT HD-CR 35 NDT."
For the radiography portion of their non-destructive testing program, the Great Bay Community College has chosen to partner with DÜRR NDT and Willick Engineering to supply a digital radiography capability to support both classroom and laboratory needs.
