What is Computed Radiography?
How does it work?
The phosphor imaging plates (IPs) are specifically designed to fit the needs of the nondestructive testing industry, available in different resolutions and formats, up to 35 cm (14") width and virtually unlimited length. IPs are fully flexible X-ray detectors and extremely versatile.
Imaging Plates | UH | HD / XHD | HCR | CR / GCR |
Max. SRb (basic spatial resolution) |
30 µm | 40 µm | 63 µm | 100 µm |
Minimum radiation dose for max. SRb |
15.5 mGy (1.5 rd) |
6 / 12 mGy (0.6 /1.2 rd) |
3.3 mGy (0.33 rd) |
1.4 mGy (0.14 rd) |
