Computed Radiography (CR)

Computed Radiography (CR) is an inspection system for radiographic testing consisting of a phosphor imaging plate (IP) and an imaging plate scanner. The scanner reads information from the imaging plate. The data read from the IP is reconstructed into a radiographic image using software.
